    Grazzini-Rucki was found in July on six felony counts of deprivation of parental rights related to the disappearance of her daughters. Grazzini-Rucki received a prison sentence and probation at her sentencing hearing last week, but Grazzini-Rucki later opted to serve additional time in prison to avoid being on probation.

    Here is another stark example of a prosecutor out of control - and another reason to question our legal/justice systems - and immunity for those in government.

    It is very possible that Kim Gardner will lose this trial, and the process by which this case was handled will prove a case study in how not to prosecute.
    Recall earlier the Freddie Gray case in Baltimore, MD - brought by prosecutor Marilyn Mosby?

    Recall also the Duke Lacrosse case in Durham County, North Carolina - brought by prosecutor Mike Nifong?

    And they are so, so , many more.

    Recall that one of our founding principles - was limited government.

    There is no one left to blame - but the judges/judiciary.
