Samantha Rucki answers questions about her mom during a police interview with Lakeville Police, Minnesota, detective Kelli Coughlin. This interview occurred on June 29, 2016. It is split into three parts and occurred approximately one month before her mom went on trial.
Coughlin has a gun in her holster, which she makes visible. She constantly badgers Samantha, trying to get her to implicate her mom in a crime. Samantha said her father is pressuring her into recanting, which means he is guilty of tampering with a witness, since she would testify a month later.
